  1. Do you ship to Cochin, Daman and Diu, Srinagar, Kohima, Gangtok etc?

Ans: Yes, we ship all over India. All towns and cities are covered under our shipping area.

  1.  What courier service do you use?

Ans: We use Fedex priority service as our first option of shipping partner. However, if your area is not covered by Fedex affectively we would send though Indian Speed Post or through other courier partners.

  1. When will I receive my order?

Ans: Within 3-8 working days. However, most likely it will reach before the given days. We would be shipping on the same day if the order comes before 11: 00 am, else we will contact you.

  1. How do I buy?

Ans: ilandlo is partnered with CCAvenues with a secured payment gateway for your payments which accepts all major Debit cards, Credit cards and Internet Banking facility.

  1. Do you ship abroad?

Ans: Yes, we ship abroad. However, we do not ship food items till now.

  1. Do you have COD service?

Ans: Yes, we have COD service at 873 Pin Codes all over India .  *There is a handling fee for COD orders from Delhi. The COD will be applicable for orders above Rs.500 if outside Dimapur.

  1. How much do you charge to deliver within Dimapur?

Ans: We Charge Rs. 70 for any delivery within Dimapur.

  1. What is the benefit of not doing a COD and paying online to ilandlo?

Ans: First, you save the cash handling fees. Second, it reaches you directly from ilandlo instead of going to a third party for the payment collection, which ultimately extends the delivery time. Third, if you don’t like the product and wants to return, the process gets faster and the payment is done immediately after the verification of the returned product.

  1. Do you take bulk orders?

Ans: Yes, we take bulk orders. Please mail for bulk inquiries to info@ilandlo.com

  1. Do you take customized orders?

Ans: Yes, we take all kinds of customized orders based on the viability by our vendors.

  1. Can I order over the phone or email?

Ans: Yes, you can order over the phone (+91 - 8731825095)or by email (sales@ilandlo.com). We will assist you further.

  1. I am not able to pay on the website?

Ans: Don’t worry, call us or email us. We will send you a direct link for payment to your email address.

  1. I am not comfortable paying online using my bank details, how am I going to pay?

Ans: Call, SMS, Whatsapp or email us, we will send you the invoice of your order and you can deposit the amount directly to our Bank account.

  1. Can I sell my products in ilandlo.com?

Ans: Yes. Any manufacturers or distributors of food, clothes, shoes, accessories, crafts, jewellery, toys, instruments etc, authors, publishers, artists can sell with us.

  1. Where are you based?

Ans: Our reg. office is H no 984 lane 19 Kuda Village C Dimapur Nagaland 797112 and Ilandlo Express at Razhu point in Kohima
