Grasshoppers are a healthy and a valuable source of protein and calcium.

We source our grasshoppers from fields in Nagaland. The grasshoppers are cleaned, frozen to remove wings, fried and then dehydrated to remove moisture. When fully dehydrated we season them with salt and pack them in standup Pouches. This keeps them fresh for over a year.

Cooking instructions: Our Grasshoppers are cooked and ready to eat, you can eat the whole bug straight from the packet or you can add them to other foods.
