Axone is a locally called name for Fermented Soyabean paste is a Naga Delicacy used for cooking curry and chutnies.
You will need:
1. Red chilly ( about 9-10 pieces)
2. Tomato (1 piece)
3. Ginger (about half a handful)
4. Axone (2 teaspoons)
5. Salt (half a tea spoon)
· -Roast the red chillies and grind them
· - Roast the tomato until tender and then grind it
· -Grind the ginger
· -Add all the ingredients together and mix well
And voila! You have your axone chutney ready to be served.
