Dr. Hitoca H Sumi, Sumi, MA- Philosophy (NEHU), Phd (GU) is the son of Mr. N Hozheto Achumi. He is married and has four children. He served as the Principal of Asian Arts College, Sovima before venturing into publishing and is also serving in St Joseph University as Doctoral Committee member.
